About the Role

We are seeking a proactive Liaison Manager to act as the key interface between our local operations and Chinese OEM partners in the fast-evolving mobility sector.

This role will be critical in bridging cross-border communication, ensuring operational alignment, and tracking KPIs to support business growth, service excellence, and strategic partnership goals.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Coordination & Partnership Management
    • Serve as the primary communication bridge between local teams and Chinese OEM headquarters and regional representatives.
    • Translate business needs, project requirements, and timelines across both organizations to ensure mutual understanding and alignment.
    • Coordinate joint initiatives, product launches, service rollouts, and operational escalations.
  2. KPI Monitoring & Performance Tracking
    • Define and monitor core KPIs for mobility services (e.g., fleet utilization, downtime, customer satisfaction, SLA adherence).
    • Compile regular performance reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and OEM counterparts.
    • Identify gaps and lead cross-functional problem-solving to improve operational outcomes.
  3. Cross-Functional Alignment & Issue Resolution
    • Facilitate alignment across operations, product, supply chain, and service teams.
    • Proactively identify and resolve bottlenecks or misalignments between local operation and OEM.
    • Coordinate translation of technical, commercial, or strategic information as needed.
  4. Cultural & Communication Facilitation
    • Ensure cultural nuances and communication styles are respected and interpreted effectively in cross-border settings.
    • Support business meetings, negotiation processes, and site visits involving Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
  5. Project & Process Management
    • Track joint project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Support implementation of operational improvements and ensure adoption of best practices aligned with OEM expectations.
    • Help local teams understand and adopt OEM-led innovations, processes, and standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, international relations, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in liaison, partnership management, or operations roles—ideally in mobility, automotive, or technology sectors.
  • Familiarity with Chinese OEM business practices and culture is strongly preferred.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken) is essential.

A strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret KPI dashboards

Project management experience across cross-functional teams

High cultural intelligence and diplomacy
