The ideal candidate will have experience working with educators and in the K-12 education sector, exceptional relationship-building skills, and excellent communication skills.

What You'll Do

  • ">

  • Act as a champion for customers, establishing and growing strong customer relationships.

    ">">

  • Establish strong connections with customers, remaining accountable for customer happiness throughout their journey.

    ">">

  • Work closely with technical team members to address and resolve customer issues proactively.

    ">">

  • Guide schools to integrate our platform into daily practice, improving teaching, learning, and student wellbeing.

    ">">

  • Coordinating customer and Partner queries with the Technical Support and Product teams.

    ">">

  • Seek customer feedback, apply feedback where possible, and relay insights to team members.

    ">">

  • Work closely with the Technical Support and Product teams to guide customers through the onboarding process.

    ">">

  • Design and facilitate engaging professional learning sessions for teachers and school leaders.

    ">">

  • Create practical resources that support teachers in the classroom.

  • Experience working with educators and in the K-12 education sector.

  • Exceptional relationship-building skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to evolving product features.

  • Confidence in coaching school staff on all aspects of our platform.
