Job Opportunity: Dental Services Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Receptionist to serve as a liaison between our mobile dental team and local schools.

This role involves establishing partnerships with schools, scheduling dental appointments for students, and ensuring smooth communication between schools and our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish relationships with schools to introduce our mobile dental services and schedule appointments.
  • Act as a liaison between schools and the dental team to coordinate schedules and ensure seamless communication.
  • Manage appointment bookings and rescheduling as needed.
  • Receive and direct incoming calls from schools or parents addressing inquiries and scheduling dental services.
  • Maintain accurate records of appointments and communication with schools.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to establish partnerships with schools.
  • Organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is preferred.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

This role is ideal for proactive and organized individuals who enjoy helping others and providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Dental reception experience: 1 year required.
  • Customer service experience: 1 year preferred.

The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure the smooth operation of our mobile dental services.
