Retail Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Retail Sales Manager to drive business success in retail.
- Manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters.
- Drive sales, profit and productivity by ensuring the achievement of all targets as set by the business.
- Create a warm and meaningful in-store experience for customers.
To succeed in this role you will need:
- A passion for the retail industry and exceptional service skills.
- Proven experience in managing a retail or similar business.
- Ability to manage budgets, interpret financial reports and generate efficient rosters.
- Experience in managing the performance, productivity, training and development of a large team.
- Operational excellence and experience with stock control and visual merchandising.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
