Department Manager

This role is for an experienced Retail Leader who can manage a bakery department in one of our stores. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent standards across all areas including stock management, rotation routines, waste control and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate will be able to drive a culture that celebrates success and prioritizes the health, safety and wellbeing of team members. They will also need to ensure exceptional customer service levels are maintained at all times.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Direct leadership experience required with ability to motivate and develop team members
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a dynamic team environment
