Job Opportunity

Brunel is seeking a skilled professional to join their client, a leading mining business with operations across the WA Pilbara region.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Review and prioritise approved maintenance notifications and provide feedback to originators.
  2. Estimate labour, equipment downtime, and resource requirements for non-urgent work.
  3. Plan detailed work orders and coordinate specialised external contractors when required.
  4. Analyse maintenance history and ensure accurate data updates for damage and failure causes.
  5. Initiate warranty and repairable/rotable processes for corrective maintenance tasks.
  6. Review upcoming work against asset criticality, safety, statutory and project requirements.
  7. Identify and resolve scope conflicts, adjusting downtime and schedules as necessary.
  8. Monitor planned vs actual costs, support budget forecasting, and escalate major variances.
Requirements
  1. Relevant degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  2. Experience in maintenance planning and scheduling.
  3. Background in power station maintenance or a similar industry.
  4. Knowledge of maintenance management systems.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  8. Will to work in a remote mine site on a rostered basis.
  9. Located in Australia and possess current right to work.
  10. Hold a full manual driving licence.
