The Role

As Head of Ecom Fulfilment Operations, you will oversee the end-to-end fulfillment process, driving efficiency, and accelerating pick-up, drive-up, and hub operations across the store network.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Leading the Ecom Store Operations team to execute e-commerce effectively
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations, including performance tracking, backlog management, rostering, resolution, and escalation of issues
  • Training and continuous improvement
  • Ensuring compliance and continuous improvement on key processes

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in a senior ecommerce fulfillment leadership position, with a proven track record of success
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results, analyze, and plan for the future
  • Excellent commercial negotiation and communication skills
