Job Title: Digital Ecommerce Manager

As a key member of our team, the Digital Ecommerce Manager will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our e-commerce business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the business, including sales growth, opportunity identification, client development and service, staff coaching and counseling, operational controls, and more.

  • Manage inventory and order fulfillment through 3PL for online orders.
  • Lead the team to ensure Client Contact achieves their KPIs (related to E-commerce business and Customer Service quality).
  • Manage ecommerce transactions and phone transactions by the Client contact team to meet sales KPIs.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven management experience with excellent customer service skills.
  • Systematic nature and self-motivation.
  • Strong industry experience in retail.

Key responsibilities include:

Ecommerce Operations
  • Ensure store profitability and accurate inventory within Group parameters.
  • Select and order products at Podium, according to budget and OTB parameters.
  • Manage inventory via 3PL and order non-Podium products (fragrance, watches, La Table).
  • Translate and validate product catalogues in English, including tax codes, pricing, locations, and units in stock.
Online Systems Optimization
  • Manage and coordinate retail systems used in the subsidiary related to Hermes.com and the ASS process.
Special Projects
  • Carry out tasks as directed by Retail Director and Managing Director.
