Job Title: Ecommerce Operations ManagerOur business is seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our ecommerce function, you will be responsible for managing the online store and agency to drive engagement and sales.Key Responsibilities:• Manage the online store and agency to improve ongoing improvements, meeting audience needs and driving engagement and sales.• Oversee full P&L management of the website and online store.• Drive sales and profitability of the online store.• Report and analyse all main KPIs to maximise profitability.• Ensure merchandising, promotions and product availability drive sales and conversion.• Lead enhancement projects for ecommerce and fulfilment to maximise efficiency.• Take ownership of email marketing and automation initiatives.• Strategically plan, build, and refine automated email journeys that support customer retention and engagement.• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure automations align with broader marketing objectives.• Manage website pages to ensure best practice UX.• Oversee digital marketing strategy to ensure effective ROAS.• Manage relationship with external Digital agencies to ensure most effective SEO, CRO & SEM plans and tactics.• Manage Online order fulfilment to constantly refine costs and delivery lead times.• Drive company's Omni channel strategy and ensure effective, timely and to budget roll out of all functionalities.• Oversee development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of the CRM strategy, aimed at enhancing customer relationships through personalised experiences.
