Global Ecommerce Leadership

This role requires an experienced leader to spearhead the growth of direct-to-consumer commerce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a unified global ecommerce strategy for DTC platforms and marketplace channels.
  • Drive revenue growth through customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, Buy Box performance, and conversion optimization.
  • Scale fulfilment, tech infrastructure, payments, tax, and compliance operations across international markets.
  • Lead a team of channel leads and drive transformation of Amazon operations.
  • Cross-functional alignment with Product, CX, Supply Chain, Tech, and Growth Marketing teams.

  • Proven track record leading digital commerce at scale, preferably in international or multi-market environments.
  • Results-driven experience growing DTC platforms, marketplace channels, and emerging marketplaces revenue in high-growth settings.
