Job Overview

We provide temporary supported accommodation for homeless or at-risk individuals helping them achieve stability in their living arrangements within an environment of inclusion and respect.

Our case management framework supports clients to transition safely into the community with successful outcomes.

As a Senior Team Leader focused on Accommodation Services, you will manage the site working closely with our team to deliver exceptional client experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team delivering service programs ensuring alignment with organisational goals.
  • Manage the accommodation site supporting clients and operational delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and positive client experiences.
  • Utilise the case management framework to support clients towards stable, long-term housing outcomes.
  • Foster an inclusive, respectful environment ensuring compliance with organisational policies.
Requirements for Success
  • Extensive experience leading teams and delivering program services in line with organisational goals.
  • Experience working within government funded programs.
  • Ability to build relationships with stakeholders including government bodies and community organisations.
  • Demonstrated leadership qualities motivating and effectively leading a team.
  • People management experience including recruitment, rostering, supervision and performance management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of organisational programs and operations.
  • Tertiary qualifications with relevant industry experience or extensive industry experience.
