Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Rostering Professional to join our team. As a key member of our workforce planning and utilisation process, you will be responsible for scheduling staff to clients and meeting the expectations of our stakeholders in a timely manner.

  • Answer phone calls and assist with client enquiries
  • Schedule support staff and ensure all client services are filled in a timely manner
  • Utilise software to enter service details/service booking information
Main Responsibilities
  • Develop efficient rosters to maximise resource usage
  • Ensure adequate staffing coverage during peak periods
  • Roster staff for training and professional development
  • Provide advice and support to internal customers, supervisors and employees throughout the workforce planning and utilisation process
  • Produce accurate and informative reports from time and attendance, payroll and operational reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards and regulations
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Experience in high-volume staff rostering and scheduling
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of rostering and scheduling processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
