Job Title: Customer Experience Specialist Trainee

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist Trainee. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a strong interest in sales, retail, and/or automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Learn and develop product knowledge to deliver comprehensive and informative demonstrations to customers.
  • Provide high standards of customer service for in-store queries, supporting the team in addressing questions about vehicles, aftermarket products, and financial services.
  • Learn and develop the ability to clearly explain product benefits and features to build strong customer relationships, using interpersonal skills, asking clarifying questions, and anticipating customer needs.
  • Assist with customer trade-ins and document processing on delivery day.

You will be a driven and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a dynamic sales environment. You will have a strong passion for cars, technology, and helping people find the perfect solution for their needs. In addition, you will bring:

  • Strong interest or experience in sales, retail, and/or automotive industry
  • The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrates excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms.
  • Availability to work Saturdays (with a weekday off in lieu).
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • A willingness to learn and develop new skills through thorough and ongoing training provided by the company.
