We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our Operations team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of residents, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include conducting nightly audits, managing night shift operations, verifying guest accounts, and maintaining accurate records.
This role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, outstanding organizational abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems. Leadership and supervisory experience is highly valued.
Key Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a customer service/operations role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities without compromising accuracy and customer service.
- Computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and database management systems.
- Leadership and supervisory experience and skills.
