Customer Experience Professional

Providing exceptional customer care is at the heart of this role. As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be responsible for managing order entry, responding to complex inquiries, and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.
About the JobThis position plays a critical part in delivering outstanding customer experiences, fostering strong relationships, and adopting a customer-centric approach. You will work closely with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and practices, contributing to developing a service delivery advantage for our business.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer orders and inquiries efficiently, maintaining high accuracy rates.
- Communicating supply information, product updates, and substitutions to customers and internal teams.
- Maintaining accurate data records for seamless communication across teams.
- Responding promptly to customer contacts via phone, email, and other channels.
- Building strong relationships with customers, offering solutions and alternatives to meet their needs.
We are seeking candidates with 1-2 years of experience in a similar customer-focused role, possessing:
- Strong time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent communication, administrative, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with SAP experience preferred.
- A detail-oriented, customer-focused, and collaborative attitude.
