Project Execution Support

This role is responsible for assisting with the delivery of projects across multiple sites. As a key member of the project team, you will work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure projects are executed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop capital expenditure proposals that meet stakeholder requirements;
  • Promote safety as a priority across internal and external stakeholder groups and among suppliers;
  • Oversee sub-contractor site works, including ensuring adherence to safety and work permit regulations;
  • Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders and the project manager to achieve projects within time, scope, and budget constraints;
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of project activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require an Engineering qualification (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation) and a minimum of 3 years' experience in Engineering roles within manufacturing. Relevant experience in Food manufacturing and FMCG sectors, Project Management skills, and strong stakeholder engagement abilities are highly valued.

Essential Skills:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation);
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Engineering roles within manufacturing;
  • Relevant experience in Food manufacturing and FMCG sectors;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Stakeholder engagement skills;
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities;
