Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and reduce account aging
  • Raise customer disputes in Salesforce ticketing system
  • Identify and escalate high-risk accounts
  • Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet collections targets
  • Support the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on any corrective action required impacting collections and account management
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Customer account reconciliations

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in a similar role
  • Proven track record in high-volume collections
  • A motivated and enthusiastic team player focused on growth and driving a constructive culture
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
  • Prior experience in using SAP (preferred) and intermediate MS Excel skills
  • Excellent time management skills
