Your Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume collection calls to ensure timely payments and reduce account aging
- Raise customer disputes in Salesforce ticketing system
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts
- Monitor and track overdue accounts, ensuring accurate and timely follow-up to meet collections targets
- Support the banking team by investigating and resolving unallocated cash and parked payments daily
- Communicate with internal stakeholders on any corrective action required impacting collections and account management
- Meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Customer account reconciliations
Requirements:
- 3+ years' experience in a similar role
- Proven track record in high-volume collections
- A motivated and enthusiastic team player focused on growth and driving a constructive culture
- Ability to work in a fast-paced commercial environment
- Prior experience in using SAP (preferred) and intermediate MS Excel skills
- Excellent time management skills
