At Mineral Resources, we are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Flight Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the heart of our operations – ensuring aircraft and crew are allocated effectively, flights run on schedule, and every movement complies with safety and regulatory standards.

The Job Description

We are looking for an experienced professional to coordinate aircraft and crew allocations to maintain schedule integrity. This includes flight follow-up, supervising all aircraft movements, and ensuring on-time performance. Additionally, the successful candidate will apply for, monitor, and manage aircraft slots, collaborate with engineering to align maintenance with operational needs, and liaise with airports, terminals, catering, freight, and engineering.

  • Coordinate aircraft and crew allocations to maintain schedule integrity

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience working in airline operations
  • Working knowledge of CAO 48.1 appendix 2
  • Proficient in planning and managing crew rosters and training requirements
  • Skilled in emergency response coordination
  • Excellent problem-solving and time-critical decision-making skills
