The role of a Service Delivery Specialist is to provide exceptional support to pet families during their time of need.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team and help us deliver our purpose with empathy and excellence.
About Key Responsibilities
- Provide customer service across phone, email, online chat, bookings, and social media channels
- Coordinate pet viewings, ash collections, and client visits with professionalism and attention to detail
- Prepare pets and viewing rooms to high standards
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Manage client payments, including payment plans and financial arrangements
- Schedule and manage vet, home, and office collections efficiently
- Accurately process client and vet data and maintain accurate records
- Support reporting, manifests, and travel logistics
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and presentation standards at all times
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the induction of new veterinary clinics and assist with client follow-ups
