- With experience in palliative care and knowledge of AN-ACC, you will provide exceptional care to ageing individuals.
- You will also lead employees demonstrating effective time management and teamwork skills.
- A Registered Nurse with current registration under AHPRA
- Able to deliver person-centred care that respects individual dignity and worth
- Able to work as an individual and within a team
- Palliative care experience, AN-ACC knowledge and high-quality care for ageing individuals
