Position Overview

This role has arisen due to rapid business expansion, and we are seeking a seasoned Sales Representative to cultivate new business while maintaining vital client relationships throughout the Sydney area.

The compensation package includes a base salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, plus superannuation and a $25,000 car allowance, along with uncapped commission potential.

The role offers a significant degree of autonomy, managing a portfolio of key clients daily while also driving new business through strategic sales initiatives, market exploration, and client engagement.

  • Deliver product presentations to clients, providing tailored lighting solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Translate technical features into customer advantages, understanding the broader system applications of our offerings.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have a background in lighting sales or a related field. Experience in interior design or architecture is advantageous but not mandatory. Given the nature of our products, we are also open to candidates from adjacent industries such as furniture and flooring. A polished appearance and a strong drive to achieve sales and network within the industry are essential.
