Position Overview: As a Customer Service Manager at SAP Fioneer, you will serve as a vital consultant to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role involves collaborating with customers to protect and enhance their investments in SAP Fioneer services and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for clients, serving as the escalation point for any issues.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the client's business objectives and challenges to facilitate effective resolutions and provide high-quality support.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, including Service Level Agreements, customer satisfaction metrics, and operational efficiency in service delivery.
  • Oversee the performance and availability of the service and support teams, prioritizing tasks and managing challenging client situations.
  • Manage both proactive service delivery plans and reactive support requests effectively.
  • Drive comprehensive customer engagement, including managing commercial aspects such as costs, profitability, customer expectations, reporting, and invoicing.
  • Identify opportunities for expanding engagement scope through cross-selling and upselling initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in support processes, compliance, and project management, particularly in production environments.
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management at all levels, providing clear updates on service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Experience in the SAP Banking sector, particularly with Cloud Delivery Models, is advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in planning and coordinating technology resources in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Innovative mindset, adaptable to change, and enjoys working in an agile environment.
