**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Intellectual Property Administration Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administration support to our Intellectual Property Legal team, ensuring they are set up to work efficiently and effectively.

**About the Role**

This role is focused on patent administration with some general administrative tasks. You will be responsible for providing database management support for our patent and design portfolios, monitoring submission of invention ideas, assisting the team with tracking & managing deadlines and renewals, and coordinating our patent incentive program.

**What We're Looking For**

We are looking for someone who has experience in patent and/or trade mark administration gained from a law/IP firm or in-house role. You should be proactive with a bias for action and getting things done, have excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, be a quick learner who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and have experience with tools like Canva, Jira, Slack and G-Suite.

**Salary:** $80,000 - $110,000 per annum + superannuation

**Location:** Sydney, Australia (with regular attendance required at our flagship campus)
