The Role

We're seeking an experienced Patent Administration Assistant to join our highly motivated, tight-knit, and collaborative global legal team in Sydney. This role will provide administration support to the Intellectual Property team, ensuring they are set up to work efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing database management support for patent and design portfolios
  • Maintaining accurate records and deadlines
  • Coordinating electronic signatures and document management
  • Assisting with file organization and billing software management
  • Scheduling internal and external meetings
Requirements:
  • Experience in patent and/or trade mark administration
  • Proactive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Slack, and G-Suite
