Looking for a challenging and rewarding role as an Intellectual Property Administrator?

AFL Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team.

This exciting opportunity will see you working closely with two outstanding patent attorneys, assisting with the protection, commercialisation and enforcement of intellectual property.

You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and proof-reading various correspondence and documents;
  • Uploading documents and maintaining accurate information on client portals;
  • Liaising with IP Australia for document productions, lodgements and amendments;
  • General administration tasks such as diary management and arranging travel meetings.

We are looking for a motivated and organized individual with:

  • A minimum of one year's experience as a legal secretary or administrator in intellectual property law;
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills, including Word and Outlook;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • High accuracy and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines;
