Senior HR Adviser Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team in providing strategic and effective Employee Relations and HR services.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality Employee Relations and HR services to support organisational success.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide advice on a range of HR matters.
- Partner directly with stakeholders to provide hands-on support in handling individual matters and work across the HR team on operational wide matters.
- Support inclusivity by delivering against objectives within the Disability and Inclusion Plan, and promote a culture embracing safety by supporting employees in their return to the workplace and deploying initiatives that improve workplaces.
