About the Role

You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure accurate reporting and process efficiency. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in revenue accounting, lease/contract accounting, or financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee revenue accounting for the group, providing monthly variance analysis and strategic insights as well as ensuring compliance with accounting standards (including Lease & Contract accounting)
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing Accounts Receivable & Revenue Accounting team, ensuring collaboration and efficiency
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline revenue operations, enhance controls, and drive automation
About You
  • Proven experience in revenue accounting, lease/contract accounting, or financial reporting
  • Previous experience in leading an Accounts Receivable team in a high-volume, complex environment (ideally in property development, utilities, or infrastructure)
  • Full Australian work rights (citizenship or permanent residency) required
