Trainer and Assessor Position

At our institute, we seek a highly skilled and experienced Trainer and Assessor to play a vital role in shaping the future of our students.

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a strong background in training and assessment to join our academic team. As a Trainer and Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering and assessing units under the VET Quality Framework, ensuring high-quality learning outcomes for our students.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design and deliver training programs that meet organization policy and procedure standards, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to the review and development of training and assessment strategies, aligning with industry needs and requirements.
  • Mentor and support students in their academic activities, providing guidance and feedback to ensure their success.
  • Participate in industry consultation, moderation, staff, and validation meetings, maintaining open communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to enhance the quality of our training programs.

**Requirements:**

  • Hold Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent qualification, demonstrating expertise in training and assessment methodologies.
  • Have relevant industry experience, showcasing your ability to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world contexts.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the capacity to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
