We are seeking an experienced educator to take on a training role within our organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact teaching strategies, monitoring and assessing student learning, and using data to inform teaching practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement curriculum-aligned programs that cater to different learning needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain a safe, calm, and happy environment for students
- Design and deliver professional growth opportunities for staff through Instructional Coaching and reciprocal classroom visits
- Select and resource high-impact teaching strategies that meet the needs of all learners
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant curriculum and educational pedagogy
- Experience in responding to student learning needs and planning instructional strategies
- Ability to monitor and assess student learning and use data to inform teaching practice
