Job Title: Turf Management Assistant

Role Summary

This role involves assisting in the maintenance of high-profile sports turf wickets, ovals, and fields. The selected candidate will gain essential skills and qualifications through a combination of on-the-job training and formal education at TAFE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspecting turf conditions and providing recommendations for improvement
  • Conducting risk assessments and addressing minor issues
  • Operating equipment and participating in training programs
  • Supporting team members with various tasks as required
Requirements
  • NSW Record of School Achievement (RoSA)
  • Current Provisional or Unrestricted C Class Drivers Licence
  • Demonstrated ability to undertake formal study of sports turf management
