About the Position

  • Strategically managing Poa/Bent grass greens with a focus on moisture control and disease prevention
  • Developing and implementing staff training programs at all levels

Key Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (essential)
  • Proven experience in similar roles within the golf course industry
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and strong communication abilities
  • In-depth knowledge of Poa/Bent grass management in Sydney's climate
