Turf Care Manager

Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Turf Maintenance Team Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will have successfully completed a Certificate III in Sports Turf Management and possess recent experience in turf management and/or greenkeeping.
The ideal candidate will perform regular maintenance tasks such as mowing, aerating, and topdressing to uphold the quality and playability of turf surfaces. They will also monitor turf health and proactively address issues such as pests, diseases, and compaction through appropriate cultural and chemical practices.
Additionally, they will implement sustainable turf management practices, including water conservation strategies and pest management techniques. They will operate and maintain specialized turf equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and safety.
The successful candidate will also collaborate with the landscaping team to coordinate maintenance schedules, prioritize tasks, and deliver exceptional results. Furthermore, they will communicate effectively with clients to understand their expectations, address concerns, and provide turf care recommendations.
