We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As an integral member, you will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their recovery journey, helping them achieve optimal outcomes.
- Conduct vocational assessments, both face-to-face and virtually, to identify client goals and develop tailored plans for return to work.
- Support clients in achieving their objectives through comprehensive non-compensable and claim-related psychological and psychosocial support services.
- Effectively manage complex cases, utilizing award-winning risk tools to drive successful outcomes.
- Hold a degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (Provisional or Full).
- Be registered with ASORC, APHRA, or AASW.
- Pass a national criminal check prior to commencing employment.
- Hold a current WWCC and full Australian working rights.
- Flexibility and autonomy to set your own hours and work location.
- Individualised in-house training and development opportunities.
