Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work as an Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist, providing vocational counselling and assessment services to assist clients with job placement and return to work.
The role involves collaborating with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes and ensure seamless returns to work.
- Provide occupational assessments and capacity support services to assist clients with their goals and aspirations.
- Work closely with clients, employers, and other stakeholders to develop and implement plans that meet their needs and promote successful outcomes.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to build trust and confidence.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our services by identifying opportunities and implementing innovative solutions.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements and internal standards.
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in an appropriate Allied Health field, such as Rehabilitation Counselling, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Full Professional Registration/Membership/Accreditation with AHPRA, ASORC, ESSA, AASW, or other suitable Allied Health governing body.
- Experience in Occupational/Vocational Rehabilitation (highly regarded).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- A passion for injury prevention, return to work, and the health benefits of work.
- The ability to proactively manage a case load and achieve outstanding results for the client and employer.
