Our organization seeks a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Rehabilitation Team Leader to lead a multidisciplinary team of consultants in Melbourne. This role is ideal for those passionate about leadership, customer care, and rehabilitation.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and coaching a team of consultants, overseeing their performance and quality, exploring new opportunities and growth areas, mentoring and training junior staff members, providing advice and coaching on case management practices, and managing a reduced, specialized case load.
Key requirements include:
- Qualifications: Registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Experience: Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers' compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Skills: Proven written and verbal communication skills, ability to consistently deliver high-level customer service, accurate information gathering and analysis, organisation and time management skills
