Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Allied Health Professional to join our multidisciplinary team in Melbourne.
About the Role:The successful candidate will lead and coach a team of Consultants, overseeing their performance and quality, while mentoring junior staff members.
Key responsibilities include identifying Return To Work barriers, designing, implementing and monitoring programs that facilitate employees' safe return to work as required.

What You'll Bring:- Qualifications and registration in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Current Vehicle Licence and ability to travel for work-related purposes
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in workers compensation, rehabilitation, and occupational health and safety legislation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to confidently interact with insurers, medical practitioners, employers, and employees
