The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in commercial roles, with a strong understanding of the general insurance sector. They will have excellent analytical and negotiation skills, with the ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and Selection: Proactively undertake market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and suppliers that can help deliver a competitive advantage.
  • Contract Negotiation: Apply a commercially astute approach to negotiations with new and existing providers, ensuring targeted solutions that meet our business objectives.
  • Panel Performance Management: Work with the Commercial and Relationship Consultant teams to ensure providers are performing at acceptable levels, identifying performance gaps and developing solutions to address them.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a Commercial role.
  • Strong procurement and contract development experience.
  • Sound understanding of the general insurance sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
