**Position Overview**:
As a People Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of partnering with our frontline leaders, up to and including senior managers. You will report to and work closely with the People Business Partner for the assigned division. Your primary goal will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, enabling you to influence people decisions at a teaM/Function level. You'll play a crucial role in implementing best practice people solutions, providing sound talent management advice, and supporting all employees with their HR queries. This is an incredible opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals, receive mentorship, and make a significant impact on our organization's success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as a trusted HR partner to frontline leaders and senior managers, providing guidance on HR matters.
- Lead Tier 2 HR queries within assigned client groups, collaborating with specialist teams when necessary, including working closely with our ER Advisory counterparts.
- Support cyclical people activities within client groups, working closely with the People Business Partner.
- Maintain HRIS knowledge to troubleshoot user queries, identify opportunities for improvement and play a crucial role in the processing of business cases.

**About you**:

- You are an aspiring HR generalist looking to grow into a Business Partnering role or maybe discover what specialist area interests you
- You hold a Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or relevant field.
- 1-2+ years of HR generalist experience, including exposure to employment legislation and advisory services.
- Ability to balance conflicting priorities within a changing environment.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism are a must.
- Team-oriented and results-focused mindset.
