The Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Childhood professional to join our dynamic team as a Lead Educator. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality education and care to young children.

Responsibilities:
This is a Full-Time role working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday on a rotating roster. As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education to children aged 0-5 years. You will also be required to work collaboratively with other staff members to achieve centre goals and objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to hold an ACECQA approved Diploma Qualification in Children's Services. You will also need to have a proven track record of experience in an Early Childhood service, with a strong understanding of both the EYLF and NQS frameworks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential, as well as a current Working with Children Check / Blue Card / DCSI Clearance. First Aid certification is also a must.
