Job Summary

The Security Operations Manager will provide leadership and expertise in physical, personnel, and information security to protect Northrop Grumman Australia's employees, assets, visitors, and information. This role requires a passionate and engaging leader with demonstrated experience in Defence, Government Agencies, or Defence Industry.

Main Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance on security operations to the NGA business on both NGA and customer premises.
• Manage a geographically dispersed team to deliver security services across multiple locations.
• Mature processes, policies, and systems to enhance security awareness and compliance.
• Develop and implement effective security strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• Qualifications in Protective Security.
• Experience in the practical application of the PSPF, DSPF, and ISM.
• A strong understanding of physical and information security principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Compensation Package

We offer a highly competitive compensation package, estimated to be around $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. This includes a base salary, plus additional benefits such as salary packaging and paid annual leave.
