Sales Key Holder

Job Summary:
The Sales Key Holder is a vital member of the Sears Hometown team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Key Holder, you will be the face of our store, providing top-notch service and support to customers while working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide personalized attention to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales Performance: Meet or exceed individual sales targets, driving revenue growth and contributing to the store's overall success.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our product lines, including furniture, mattresses, and appliances, to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support as needed.
- Store Operations: Assist with store opening and closing tasks, maintain a clean and organized sales floor, and ensure inventory is available for customer orders.
- Training and Development: Complete required training sessions and courses to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
- Sales Experience: Sales experience is preferred, but not necessary.
- Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and presentation skills; ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
