Job Opportunity: Workplace Experience Administrator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Workplace Experience Administrator to join our team. This role is ideal for recent HR graduates or final-year HR students looking to start their career in People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage HR queries and provide first-level advice and guidance.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR systems, records, and employee files.
  • Support onboarding, recruitment, and compliance activities to ensure a seamless employee experience.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture teams to deliver exceptional employee support and services.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently studying).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
  • Able to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
