Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Manager
Join our team of multi-disciplinary health, safety, and wellbeing professionals to transform your approach to environmental health and safety. We're seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Manager to assist organizations across various industries in developing and implementing effective EHS management systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a variety of engagements involving physical and psychosocial risk management, strategy, audit, and analytical frameworks to help clients succeed and navigate complex operational and regulatory environments.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment underpinned by coaching and development, while applying technical expertise in environmental health and safety to direct project teams on the delivery of our health and safety services.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with key business decision-makers, both internally and externally.
- Minimum five years of technical EHS experience in process safety, safety in design, dangerous goods, risk management, or health and safety management systems, with a strong grounding in risk management fundamentals, WHS legislation, and management systems, complemented by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven project management experience in dynamic environments, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines, alongside strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
