Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

The Environmental Health and Safety Manager role is an integrated position responsible for the coordination of space, infrastructure, people and property, supporting sustainable organisational growth.
The role has two primary functions: Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) and Facilities Management. Key responsibilities include managing EHS operational risks and hazards, auditing site operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to promote standardization and continuous improvement.
- Manage EHS operational risks and hazards to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
- Audit site operations to agreed cadence and establish corrective action plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote standardization and continuous improvement
- Oversee facilities management, contract management, and indirect spend management for the ANZFE region
- Formally audit site operations to agreed cadence and establish and drive closure of corrective action plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to promote standardization, continuous improvement and sharing of learnings
- Ensure at-risk behaviours and conditions are addressed, track all corrective measures to ensure they are effective and completed speedily
- Champion AGCO's Focus 2.0 initiatives at sites by supporting the company's Focus 2.0 framework for site and employee safety teams
- Provide EHS reports for different stakeholders as required
- Suggest countermeasures for safety and environmental relevant KPIs
