Health Safety Environmental Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Specialist to join our team. As an EHS Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental well-being of our employees, clients, and stakeholders.
Your primary focus will be on identifying and mitigating potential hazards, developing and implementing effective risk management strategies, and promoting a culture of sustainability throughout our organization.
Main Responsibilities:- Metric Reporting: You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to HSE incidents, performing root cause analyses, and sharing best practices with management and employees.
- Sustainability Objectives: You will report progress on the implementation of our Group Sustainability objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs) to our senior leadership team.
- Regulatory Compliance: You will ensure that our organization is in compliance with all relevant local laws, regulations, and standards related to health, safety, and environment.
- Risk Assessments: You will facilitate HSE risk assessments with line management and employees to identify potential hazards and develop mitigation strategies.
- Training and Development: You will design and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees related to HSE and sustainability.

Requirements:- Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Environmental Health, Occupational Health, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5 years of experience in EHS roles, preferably in a similar industry.
