About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Digital Partnership Manager to join our TikTok team in AU. As a key member of our Small and Medium-sized Business (SMB) team, you will be responsible for providing dedicated partner management to advertisers, optimizing their TikTok campaigns, and identifying programmatic ways to improve performance at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic guidance to agencies and advertisers on how to maximize their TikTok presence
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve advertiser performance, including consulting on scale-up, providing creative tips, and recommending budgeting and targeting approaches
  • Manage large portfolios of advertisers, monitoring performance through tools and timely communication with clients
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experiences

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need 5+ years of marketing, media sales, or online advertising experience with direct client management expertise. Your strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem and prior experience working in a performance agency or business supporting the SME sector are essential.

You should have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines. A genuine passion for small businesses and comfort with revenue targets is also required.

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
