Job Overview
Cash App is seeking a skilled Digital Partnership Strategist to lead and grow programmatic relationships with key merchants, ad agencies, and holding companies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving agency and advertiser relationships in partnership with the affiliate sales team, developing media and campaign strategies, and advising on the structure of programmatic and/or digital media campaigns across various digital channels.
This role requires a strong understanding of programmatic buying, audience creation, campaign management, and in-dash optimization techniques. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of partnerships or sales experience within a buy-side ad tech company, working directly with brands and ad agencies to drive monetization of programmatic solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow relationships with ad tech partners, especially DSPs and their sales teams, and the programmatic teams at agencies, holding companies, and clients in ANZ
- Drive agency and advertiser relationships in partnership with our affiliate sales team to ensure we are maximizing our opportunity with each client
- Successfully ideate on and develop media and campaign strategies, as well as advise on structure of programmatic and/or digital media campaigns across various digital channels (display, native, video, audio, etc.) in order to meet or exceed client KPIs
- Lead recommendation of budget optimization across programmatic and digital media placements to deliver positive return on marketing spend
- Contribute to the development and test of new audience segments (retargeting, lookalikes, custom audiences, etc.), ensuring documented results
- Be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment, supporting new products/businesses
- Creatively problem-solve and drive cross-team collaboration and knowledge gathering to ensure campaign success and client satisfaction
- Be part of the Ad Operations and Partnerships team and report to the Head of Programmatic Partnerships
- Have a passion for programmatic, retail media, and navigating an increasingly complex advertising landscape
- Support the creation of client business reviews, RFPs, RFIs and be the go-to person for all things programmatic for internal stakeholders and our external partners and clients in ANZ.
- Work with our business operations, finance, partnerships and sales teams to surface new insights and opportunities for the business.
