Sales Development Manager Role

As we embark on a new phase of growth, we are seeking a Sales Development Manager to lead a team of SDRs and drive enterprise prospecting strategy in the ANZ region.

This role will partner cross-functionally with our sales teams to deliver quality pipeline to account executives. Key responsibilities include implementing industry-specific sales strategies, conducting regular coaching sessions, exceeding quarterly team quotas, and providing training and support to SDRs.

The ideal candidate will have high standards, strong communication skills, and values alignment with openness, optimism, and ownership. Previous experience in winning the enterprise segment and management experience with early career professionals is required.
