Senior Commercial Manager

You will be working in our office supporting multiple project managers with the management of commercial relationships, implementation of contract management programs, and administrative procedures.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing contract compliance to identify and mitigate project risks and deliver positive project outcomes.
- Ensuring contract management aligns with internal practices and requirements, including performance against the baseline, risk management, and change management.
- Participating in project meetings and collaborating with teams to operationalize opportunities for improved project performance.
- Facilitating resolution of contractual and commercial issues, including liaising with internal stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and delivery of ongoing project training on various commercial matters.
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to partner across functions and projects.
- Commercial acumen to select innovative methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for solving issues and achieving outstanding results.
- Customer-centric approach to resolving commercial challenges while preserving strong relationships.
