About Senior Associate Role

This is a high-profile opportunity for an accomplished lawyer to take ownership of intricate, high-stakes matters.

As Senior Associate, you will play a key role in managing complex commercial litigation files, supporting junior solicitors, and contributing to litigation strategy.

The ideal candidate will have minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice preferably) and strong legal reasoning, advocacy, and drafting skills.

You will be entrusted with managing a diverse litigation portfolio, including shareholder disputes, contractual conflicts, regulatory investigations, and commercial fraud matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing complex commercial litigation files
  • Supporting junior solicitors
  • Contributing to litigation strategy
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years PAE in commercial litigation (private practice preferably)
  • Strong legal reasoning, advocacy, and drafting skills
  • Experience across varied disputes, including regulatory and contractual
